What to Expect:
- Arrival & Warm Welcome: Start your retreat with a warm welcome, a revitalizing chai, a healthy treat, and a handmade eye pillow filled with local lavender as a special gift.
- Opening Circle: Engage in a grounding meditation and set your intentions for the retreat with our welcoming circle.
- Yoga Session: Enjoy a 90-minute yoga practice with fluid asanas, breath work, and a powerful visualisation meditation.
- Wellness Workshop: Participate in an insightful workshop covering nutrition, stress management, and self-care rituals, complemented by a refreshing homemade iced tea.
- Integration Ritual: Reflect and set goals through journaling and a symbolic beach ritual.
- Gourmet Island Lunch Picnic: Savour a healthy, gourmet picnic created by Love Lord Howe, featuring locally sourced ingredients in a relaxed beach setting.
- Closing Session: Conclude with a closing meditation, leaving you refreshed and ready to integrate your new insights into daily life.
Additional Details:
- Location & Duration: Lovers Bay, with an alternative location at Neds Beach depending on the wind direction and weather. 8am – 2:30pm on Wednesdays. Transportation to our wellness location is included if required.
- Included Participant Gifts: Each guest receives a homemade eye pillow and digital resources for continued wellness.

About Nikki Belliveau
Nikki is a heart-centered yoga teacher known for her compassionate nature, positivity, and nourishing teaching style. She deeply cares about her student’s well-being and aims to make yoga and wellness retreats inclusive for everyone.
With a diverse background in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and remedial yoga, Nikki is also a Holistic Nutritionist and Integrative Health Practitioner. Her comprehensive approach to wellness extends beyond the yoga mat. She aspires to motivate and inspire others to lovingly connect with themselves and live a joyfully nourished life.
