ENERGIZING VINYASA
TUESDAY 7-8AM

Outdoor class at Flagstaff/signal point lookout (cancellations due to weather are announced on website + facebook page pre-class)
An energizing & playful morning yoga class designed to nourish and energize you for the day ahead.
A practice focusing on elemental yoga poses, safe alignment & range of movement for each individual. Breathing techniques and meditation are often integrated. This yoga style helps to strengthen and promote flexibility within the body and mind.
Participants may challenge their practice with stronger poses, however, encouraged to rest whenever desired.

DEEP STRETCH & CHILL
MONDAY 4:30-5:30PM
Indoor Class in Anglican Hall
(2 min walk from museum)
A relaxing floor-based stretching class to complement the many physical activities on island. An opportunity to slow down, release tightness & create more space in body and mind.
Leave feeling stretched out & blissed out.

SLOW FLOW
WEDNESDAY 4:30-5:30PM
Indoor Class in Anglican Hall
(2 mins walk from museum)
A beginner-friendly class covering the basics ensuring everyone is comfortable + safe. A Hatha-inspired class that includes longer-held postures ensuring proper alignment and understanding of the pose. Various options for different level practitioners are always included.
Fluid movement and deep stretches in a calming atmosphere.
