YOGA ESSENTIALS

WEDNESDAY 4:30-5:30PM

Indoor Class in Anglican Hall
(2 mins walk from museum)

A beginner-friendly class covering the basics ensuring everyone is comfortable + safe. A Hatha-inspired class which includes longer held postures ensuring proper alignment and understanding of the pose. Various options for different level practitioners are always included.

SUNDAY 9-10AM

Outdoor Class at Neds Beach
(Cancellations due to weather are announced on website + facebook page pre-class)

 An energizing & playful Vinyasa Flow class designed to strengthen, stretch and deepen the student's practice. The pace is slightly faster thus yoga experienced is ideal, but everyone is welcomed as long as they listen to their bodies, modify the poses accordingly and rest when needed.
