Nikki is known for her compassionate nature, positivity & nourishing style of teaching. She is a heart-centered yoga teacher who deeply cares about her student’s well-being and aims to make yoga inclusive for everyone.
Her classes combine a spirit of playfulness, authenticity and inspiration to help participants go inwards & receive the health benefits of yoga.
In addition of studying various yoga courses & styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative & remedial, Nicole is also a Holistic Nutritionist and Integrative Health Practitioner. She aspires to motivate and inspire others to lovingly connect with themselves and live a joyfully nourished life.
Off the yoga mat, you can find her immersed in nature, listening to inspiring podcasts, getting excited over healthy delicious food or connecting with like-minded people.
