Her classes combine a spirit of playfulness, authenticity and inspiration to help participants lovingly connect to themselves & receive the health benefits of yoga. By discovering yoga & committing to a regular practice over 12 years ago, she transformed her relationship to herself, improved her well-being and implemented a healthy lifestyle.
In addition of studying various yoga courses & styles such as Hatha, Yin, Restorative & remedial, Nicole is also a Holistic Nutritionist. She aspires to motivate and inspire others to also find inner-peace, alignment & vitality through yoga. Off the yoga mat, you can find her immersed in nature, listening to inspiring podcasts, getting excited over healthy delicious food or connecting with like-minded people.
