About Nikki

I’m Nikki Belliveau — a yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist, and integrative health practitioner living on the world-heritage beauty of Lord Howe Island.

My work weaves together movement, mindfulness, and the healing rhythm of nature to help people restore balance in body and mind.

Through years of teaching, my classes have grown into a blend of gentle strength and calm presence — inviting you to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters.

My offerings include yoga classes, private sessions, and immersive 1-Day Wellness Retreats designed to rejuvenate your energy, calm your mind, and deepen your connection to self and nature.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing a lifelong practice, you’re warmly welcome here. Each session is guided with compassion, curiosity, and respect for every body’s unique rhythm.

My approach is grounded in presence — creating space to soften, listen inwardly, and rediscover your natural state of wellbeing.

Why I Teach
Yoga has been a steady teacher in my life — a reminder that healing begins when we slow down, cultivate self-compassion and come home to ourselves.

It has guided me through change, helped me heal, and taught me how to live with more awareness and ease.

Sharing this practice is my way of giving back — offering others the same sense of grounding, clarity, and connection that yoga continues to offer me.
Vision
My vision is simple — to make wellbeing a natural part of everyday life, connected to nature, community, and self.

In this spirit, I share yoga classes, private sessions, and immersive 1-Day Wellness Retreats that invite you to move mindfully, rest deeply, and remember that peace is your natural state.

On Lord Howe Island, surrounded by palm trees and ocean air, these offerings are an invitation to slow down, breathe fully, and come home to yourself.
