Cancellation Policy
BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY My intention is to create a beautiful and memorable retreat experience for every guest. As significant planning, accommodation commitments and preparation begin well in advance, the following terms help ensure fairness for everyone involved. SECURING YOUR PLACE A non-refundable deposit of AUD $500 is required to secure your booking. Your place is confirmed once your deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due by the date outlined in your booking confirmation. GUEST CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel, please notify me in writing as soon as possible. • More than 60 days before the retreat: Refund of all monies paid, less the non-refundable AUD $500 deposit. • 30–60 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the total retreat fee. • Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member at no additional cost. Simply let me know in writing so I can update the booking details. If your place is filled by another guest (either by someone you arrange or through my own enquiries or waitlist), I will happily provide a full refund of any monies paid, including your deposit. IF I NEED TO POSTPONE OR CANCEL If the retreat is postponed or cancelled due to insufficient guest numbers (under 4 participants), severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond my reasonable control, you will be offered a full refund of all monies paid to me. I reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodation, facilitators or activities where necessary to ensure guest safety or the best possible retreat experience. TRAVEL & HEALTH Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel and are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance from the time of booking. I cannot accept responsibility for flights, accommodation booked independently, travel delays, or other personal expenses. By booking, you confirm you are medically fit to participate in the retreat and agree to advise me of any injuries, medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to arrival. AGREEMENT By booking this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy.
