Choose from three styles — a grounding and restorative practice, an uplifting flow, or a balanced blend — and I’ll tailor the pace, postures, and atmosphere to your needs. Whether you’re seeking alignment support, a nourishing reset, or a shared experience with a partner or small group, every session is designed to feel meaningful, supportive, and uniquely yours.
Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE YOGA BOOKING POLICY At Lord Howe Yoga, I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive, and personalised experience for every student. Please take a moment to review the following before booking a private session: BOOKINGS Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups (up to 18 participants). Pricing is set for up to 4 participants, with an additional fee per person thereafter. Mats and props are provided. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your booking to another person or reschedule (subject to availability) if you notify me prior to the session. WEATHER Outdoor sessions may be relocated or cancelled due to weather. In this case, you will be notified as early as possible and offered an alternative. HEALTH & SAFETY Please advise me of any injuries, medical conditions, or special considerations when booking, so I can tailor the session to your needs. By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, will listen to your body, and will participate within your personal limits. Yoga is intended as general wellbeing support and not a substitute for medical advice. LIABILITY By booking a private session, you agree that Lord Howe Yoga and Nikki Belliveau are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
