We are so looking forward to welcoming you to the Replenish & Renew Retreat on beautiful Lord Howe Island.

These Terms & Conditions are designed to provide clarity, safety, and mutual understanding so that your experience can be as supported and enjoyable as possible.
​
By booking and participating in this retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of the Retreat
The Replenish & Renew Retreat is a wellness experience designed to support rest, relaxation, and personal wellbeing. It may include yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement practices, nature-based experiences, and wellbeing education. This retreat is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment program and does not replace professional healthcare or advice.

2. Eligibility & Personal Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that:

You are 18 years or older

You are physically and emotionally able to participate in retreat activities

You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing, decisions, and participation

You will communicate any relevant health considerations prior to and during the retreat
Participation in all activities is voluntary. You may opt out or modify participation at any time to suit your needs.

3. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once: The booking form is completed, Payment or deposit has been received, Required health and participation information has been submitted. We reserve the right to decline a booking if participation may present a safety concern for you or the group.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
Retreat inclusions are outlined on the official retreat page. Unless otherwise stated, pricing does not include: Flights to and from Lord Howe Island, Travel insurance, Personal expenses, Additional accommodation outside retreat dates, Medical expenses or treatment, Costs arising from travel delays or disruptions.

5. Travel Responsibility
Travel to Lord Howe Island is subject to external factors including weather conditions, airline operations, and limited flight schedules. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, missed connections, or associated costs.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Cancellation Policy (Guest Cancellations)
Due to the intimate group size and upfront costs associated with accommodation, catering, and retreat planning, the following cancellation terms apply:
​

> 90 days before retreat start date: Refund of payments received, less a $250 administration fee.

60–89 days before retreat start date: 50% refund of payments received.​
-
Less than 60 days before retreat start date: No refund is available.
​
Please note:
Refunds do not apply for change of mind, illness, travel disruption, late arrival, or early departure.
​
If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another suitable participant at the discretion of the Retreat Organiser.
​
7. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we are required to cancel or significantly modify the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural events, illness, safety considerations, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice of:

• A full transfer to a future retreat of equal value, or
• A full refund of all payments made for the retreat (excluding any third-party travel or accommodation costs already incurred by the guest)
​
We are not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, transfers, or additional accommodation bookings.
​
8. Health Disclosure
You agree to disclose all relevant health information prior to the retreat, including: Medical conditions, Injuries or physical limitations, Allergies or dietary requirements, Mental or emotional health considerations that may affect participation. You agree to update us if anything changes prior to arrival.

9. Dietary Requirements
​
We aim to create a nourishing and enjoyable food experience for all guests and will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, and food preferences communicated before the retreat.
As some meals may be prepared in shared kitchens or provided by third-party venues and restaurants, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

If you have a severe allergy or medical dietary requirement, please let us know during the booking process and ensure you bring any necessary medication. While we will make every reasonable effort to support your needs, responsibility for managing severe allergies remains with the guest.

10. Assumption of Risk
​
While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and supportive retreat experience, participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks.

These may include, but are not limited to:

Yoga, movement, breathwork, and meditation practices

Outdoor and nature-based activities
-
Uneven terrain, slips, trips, falls, or other physical injuries

Ocean, beach, and weather-related conditions
-
Travel-related risks associated with getting to and from the retreat

By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your own participation, wellbeing, and personal decisions throughout the retreat. You agree to participate within your own limits, follow facilitator guidance, and modify or discontinue activities whenever you feel it is appropriate to do so.
11. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable retreat experience, Lord Howe Yoga, its facilitators, contractors, and service providers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, travel disruption, or expenses incurred as a result of circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
​
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded
​
12. Participant Conduct
​
Replenish & Renew is intended to be a supportive, respectful, and welcoming experience for all guests.
We ask participants to treat others with kindness, respect privacy and confidentiality, and contribute positively to the group environment.
​
In the rare event that a participant's behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or significantly impacts the experience of others, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the retreat. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
​
13. Program Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, facilitators, activities, or locations due to weather, safety, or operational requirements. We aim to maintain the integrity of the retreat experience while adapting when necessary.

14. Photography & Media
Photographs and video may be taken during the retreat for marketing purposes. attending, you consent to the use of images or footage in which you may appear, unless you notify us in writing prior to the retreat. We will always do our best to respect participant preferences where communicated.
​
15. Personal Property
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the retreat or associated travel.

16. Privacy
Any personal information collected is used solely for retreat administration, communication, and participant safety. We respect your privacy and handle your information responsibly.

17. Agreement
By booking this retreat, you confirm that:

You accept responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and participation.

You understand the cancellation policy and travel risks.

You agree to participate respectfully within the group environment
